Your first visit typically lasts 45-60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork (or complete it online through our patient portal before your visit). Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any recent medical records or test results. Your provider will review your complete health history, perform a physical exam, and discuss your health goals and any concerns.
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video visits for many common concerns including follow-ups, medication management, acute illness evaluation, and chronic disease check-ins. Telehealth appointments are covered by most insurance plans at the same rate as in-person visits. You can request a telehealth appointment through our patient portal or by calling the office.
The fastest way to request a refill is through our patient portal. Log in, navigate to your medication list, and submit a refill request. You can also call our office during business hours. Please allow 48 hours for refill processing. For controlled substances, an office visit may be required per Arizona law and DEA regulations.
Yes. We reserve appointment slots each day for acute illness and urgent concerns. Call our office as early as possible for the best availability. If no same-day slots are available, we will offer the next available appointment and advise you on whether urgent care or the emergency room may be more appropriate for your situation.
All test results, visit summaries, immunization records, and messages with your provider are available through our patient portal. Lab results are typically posted within 2-3 business days. Your provider will add a personal note to every result explaining what it means and whether any action is needed. If you need records transferred to another provider, contact our front desk and we will process the request within 5 business days.
